Penny has 3 decades of
experience in IT recruitment covering contract, permanent recruitment and
executive search, and an unparalleled network of contacts in primarily
government and the financial services sector. This allows her to bring an
enormous wealth of knowledge and wisdom to relationships through her
contacts in the local market place and business community.
In 2002, Penny Coulter joined the Board of the Information
Technology Contracting Recruitment Association, ITCRA, and helped establish
the Professional Development Committee, with the purpose of introducing a
training and certification standard for IT recruiters. In March 2004, Penny
was appointed Vice President of ITCRA and in August 2004, elected
President, this position being held until August 2008.
In 2005, Penny was invited to become a member of an ICT
Advisory Group assisting the Hon. Senator Helen Coonan, then Minister for
Communications, Information Technology and the Arts (DCITA) in preparation
of an ICT Participation Summit which was held September 2005 in Sydney. The
purpose of the Summit was to look at ways to encourage more women and young
people into Australias ICT sector.
Penny continues to play an active role with DCITA in
conjunction with the Australian Computer Society (ACS) and the Australian
Information Industry Association (AIIA) as an appointed member of the
Industry Leadership Group representing Women in ICT. In 2006, Penny
participated, as an industry panel expert at the National ICT Skills
Summit, hosted by the Queensland Government.
Penny was the keynote speaker at the Females in Information
Technology & Telecommunications (FITT) Breakfast held during CeBIT
Australia 2007. She went on to present on the topic of Careers in IT to the
Young IT members of the ACS, and further presented at the conference - IT
Skills Shortage: Recruitment, Training & Retention Strategies for
Future, in May 2008.
Penny has played a
key role in supporting the 2008 and 2009 National ICT Skills Week 'Start
Here Go Anywhere', and presented at the CIO Summit in August 2008.

Trevor, an industry expert with over two decades of
experience, has a wealth of recruitment experience as a senior manager,
running large publicly listed IT recruitment companies. Furthermore,
Trevor has also had over 10 years experience managing
partnerships with large scale organisations such as Telstra, IBM, AMP, EDS,
Optus, Unisys, Westpac and Citigroup. Trevor has a high level of expertise
in change management strategy, and significant experience in the
implementation and management of Master Vendor solutions.
A formerly active member of the Australian Institute of
Company Directors, Trevors industry experience has primarily been with
Telcos and Vendors. Trevor adopts a hands on approach to sales and
management, developing strategic direction to ensure competitive, whilst
adhering to best practice methodologies and service level standards.
Trevor has built enormous respect within the industry, through
his proactive, best practice approach. With exceptional local market
knowledge, expertise in both acquisitions and organic growth, and an
abundant network of contacts, Trevor continues to support the Australian
ICT sector through his strategic business initiatives.
